The terms for shopping with Beyrawigs, including orders, payments and customer support.
Shopping with Beyrawigs
These terms apply to purchases from beyrawigs.com. Read them together with our Delivery, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies. They do not remove rights that Nigerian consumer law gives you. To place an order, you must be able to enter a binding contract and be authorised to use the payment method. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your account credentials private.
Products and selections
Check the product description and choose the required length, colour, texture, lace or other options before adding an item to your bag. The selected option determines its price and availability. Futura and human hair are different materials; follow the care guidance for the item purchased. Photographs help illustrate a product. Lighting, screens and styling can affect appearance, but the goods supplied must still match their material description. Contact us before ordering if you need help with fit, colour or a particular intended use.
Prices and payment
Naira is our base pricing currency. USD browsing prices are calculated using the store’s exchange rate. Checkout shows the payable amount, delivery charge, discounts and applicable taxes before you continue to the payment provider. If you browse in USD but choose an NGN card payment, checkout discloses the naira amount sent to Paystack. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees. Where direct USD payment is offered and selected, the displayed USD amount is submitted instead. Always check the amount and currency on the payment screen. An order is payment-confirmed only after verification by the payment provider. A pending or failed payment is not confirmation that payment has been received. If your bank shows a debit without an order confirmation, contact us with the reference so we can investigate.
Order confirmation and availability
Your confirmation identifies the items, selected options, amount and order reference. Preparation and dispatch are separate stages, shown in your order updates. If we discover a stock or material pricing error that prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or ask for an extra charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the affected purchase.
Delivery, changes and cancellations
The available delivery services and charges depend on the destination entered at checkout. Delivery estimates, tracking and address changes are explained in our Delivery policy. Contact us promptly if an address or order needs correcting. We cannot guarantee a change once a parcel has been dispatched. You may request cancellation by contacting us with your order reference. We will confirm the order’s stage and the applicable cancellation or return arrangements. Any lawful, reasonable charge must be explained; no cancellation term removes a statutory refund right.
Offers and free delivery
Qualifying Lagos orders receive free Normal delivery after discounts. Express delivery is agreed on WhatsApp after payment and paid separately. Checkout confirms eligibility for your address and bag. Discounts follow the conditions shown with each offer, including eligible items, dates, limits and minimum spend.
Using our website
Do not misuse accounts, submit false order or payment information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or upload unlawful content. Reviews should describe your genuine experience and must not expose another person’s private information. Our branding, photography and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission from the relevant rights holder. We may restrict misuse of the website while respecting existing purchases and legal rights.
Questions and resolving a concern
Contact our team with your order reference, the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate with you and, where needed, the payment provider or courier. You can also use the support area in your customer account. These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a consumer’s mandatory protections, or prevents a complaint to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or a competent court. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms accepted for an existing order continue to apply to that order.
