Delivery options, address details and tracking for your Beyrawigs order.
Delivery to your address
Enter your country, state and city or Lagos locality at checkout. You can search for an address or enter it manually. Check the street, building number, apartment or landmark and a working phone number before paying. An address suggestion must still be checked for accuracy. Available methods and charges update for the destination and order. Choose the service that covers your area. If a destination has no available method, contact us before paying; do not choose another area simply to complete checkout.

Collection and tracking
For store or courier-hub pickup, wait for your collection confirmation. Track your delivery using your order ID.
Before placing your order
International delivery estimates depend on the selected courier. Customs delays, duties and destination charges may apply.
Your delivery date
Checkout shows the arrival date for your chosen service. We’ll contact you if a delay changes it.
Following your parcel
Use your BEY order reference on Track your order. After dispatch, available courier details, tracking information and updates are added to the order. A local rider may not provide a separate courier tracking number. Email updates cover the relevant order stages. If you choose WhatsApp dispatch updates, our team can send the dispatch message to the number you provide. Keep your contact details correct and protect your order reference.
Receiving or changing a delivery
Contact us immediately if your delivery details need changing. We will confirm whether the change is still possible and explain any additional charge before arranging it. Make sure someone authorised can receive the order at the agreed address. If a delivery is missed or the address cannot be reached, contact us to arrange the next step. Any redelivery charge will be explained. Report a missing or damaged parcel promptly, and keep the packaging if it can help the investigation. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue; you do not have to resolve it with the courier alone.
Free Normal delivery in Lagos
Qualifying Lagos orders receive free Normal delivery after discounts. Express delivery is agreed on WhatsApp after payment and paid separately. Checkout confirms eligibility for your address and bag.
Deliveries outside Nigeria
International options are shown only where a supported delivery service is available. Customs clearance can affect arrival times. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, destination duties, import taxes or customs charges are separate from our delivery charge and may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us if you need details before placing an international order.
